Submitting a contact form, calling, or texting Fases Academy does not guarantee that a session is scheduled. Tutoring times, format, subject fit, and location must be confirmed directly by Fases Academy.

For in-person tutoring, the student or family is responsible for providing a safe, appropriate, and distraction-limited study environment. For remote tutoring, the student or family is responsible for having the required connection, materials, and setup for the session.

3. Pricing and Packages

The website currently lists tutoring sessions at $60 per hour, a 10-hour tutoring package at $500, and accountability follow-ups at no extra cost when the student has at least one session per week.

Prices, packages, and availability may change over time. Any payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or package-expiration details should be agreed directly before tutoring begins or before a package is purchased.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to participate actively, bring relevant materials, complete assigned practice when applicable, and use tutoring sessions for legitimate learning support.

For coding, technical projects, homework, test preparation, and coursework, Fases Academy may explain concepts, review approaches, debug issues, and guide problem-solving. Fases Academy does not promise to complete assignments, exams, applications, or projects on behalf of a student.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Fases Academy works to provide thoughtful, individualized academic support, but academic results depend on many factors outside our control, including student effort, course requirements, testing conditions, school policies, and available study time. We do not guarantee any specific grade, score, admission result, project result, or academic outcome.
